Who we are

Cloud Studios is a Berlin-based app studio building digital experiences that people actually want. Our flagship product, listn, is currently in development, and we're building the brand before the world even knows we exist. We move quickly, build in public, and believe that how a brand tells its story is just as important as the product itself.

The role

You'll own our social media from day one, building an actual presence from the ground up. That means strategy, content creation, filming, editing, and growing audiences across platforms for three parallel brands: listn, Cloud Studios, and our founder's personal brand.

This is a hands-on, creative, highly visible role. One day you'll be on the streets in conversation with strangers; the next you're following the founder through his day and making it worth watching. No two days look the same.

What you'll do

Strategy: Build and execute the social media strategy across listn, Cloud Studios, and the founder's personal brand.
Content creation: Short-form video. On the street, in the office, anywhere.
Channel growth: Manage and grow accounts across Instagram, TikTok, and beyond.
On the ground: Approach people, run street interviews, capture real reactions and stories.
Brand voice: Develop a consistent visual identity and tone across all channels.
Iterate: Track performance, learn from the data, and move fast.
Collaborate: Work directly with the founder on content ideas and brand direction.

Who I'm looking for

Currently enrolled in a study program that requires a Pflichtpraktikum.
Ideally studying marketing, communications, media, or a related field. Mindset matters more than major.
Fluent in both German and English.
Outgoing, confident, and comfortable on camera.
Not afraid to walk up to strangers and start a conversation.
A genuine passion for social media, content creation, and brand building, not just doomscrolling.
A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership.
Based in Berlin or willing to relocate. Happy to help you find your feet, though we can't cover relocation costs.
