One of three roles forming the first dedicated content team inside Cloud Studios. Build the organic content engine behind Cloud Studios and GetMOW from the ground up.
Why Cloud Studios exists
It started with a simple, personal idea: help people hold onto the memories and stories that matter before they're gone. That idea became listn, a voice-first companion for older adults to capture and share a lifetime of memories, currently in development.
Building it taught us something bigger. When you take a real problem, build a product people actually need, and treat it like it deserves to be built right, it can grow into a real business. So we kept going. Cloud Studios is a product studio built on that idea: turn sharp insights into products people need, then build the strongest ones, and the brands behind them, into independent companies.
What we're building
Our biggest focus right now is GetMOW, a platform and managed service that helps companies understand and improve how they appear when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude for recommendations.
Cloud Studios is also growing as a company and a brand of its own. We want to publish the ideas, research, product decisions and lessons coming out of that work, rather than keeping them hidden inside meetings and documents.
The role
This is the editorial and organic-growth seat inside our new three-person content team.
You'll turn research, founder conversations, product developments, client insights and rough ideas into clear content people want to read. Your main focus will be Cloud Studios and GetMOW across LinkedIn, search, the website, newsletters and longer-form editorial formats.
You'll work directly with the founder and collaborate closely with the Social Media & Brand Design Intern and the Video Content Creator & Editor Intern. A strong idea shouldn't become one isolated post. Together, you'll find the strongest angle and develop it across formats and channels.
What you'll work on
- Write LinkedIn posts, articles, newsletters, website content and research-led insights for Cloud Studios and GetMOW.
- Turn conversations, product updates and unfinished ideas into sharp, finished pieces of content.
- Research developments in AI visibility, marketing, startups, product building and related topics.
- Help create SEO-focused articles and content briefs that answer questions our audience is already searching for.
- Interview the founder, team members and subject-matter experts to extract useful ideas and stories.
- Build a repeatable editorial and content-waterfall system with the rest of the content team.
- Work with the design and video interns to translate strong ideas into carousels, graphics and short-form video.
- Publish consistently, study what performs and use the results to improve future work.
- Use AI tools to work faster while keeping the judgement, voice and final quality human.
What we're looking for
- You are enrolled at a university and the placement can be recognised as a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) within your degree.
- Your written English is excellent. German is useful, but not required.
- You can make complicated or unfinished ideas clear without making them bland.
- You enjoy research and can separate useful evidence from recycled internet noise.
- You understand how LinkedIn content works and are interested in SEO, newsletters or editorial content.
- You notice weak writing and care about structure, specificity and tone.
- You're proactive, reliable and able to turn ideas into finished work.
- You're genuinely interested in AI, startups, products and modern distribution.
No years of professional marketing experience are required. We care more about how you think, how you write and whether you finish things.
What you'll get
- Direct access to the founder and the decisions being made inside the company.
- Real responsibility for content that represents Cloud Studios and GetMOW publicly.
- The opportunity to help build an organic distribution system from the beginning.
- Published work, performance data and campaigns you can discuss properly in your portfolio and future interviews.
- Creative freedom to propose formats, challenge weak ideas and develop your own angles.
- Exposure to product, sales, research, client work and company building.
- The software required for your work, paid for by Cloud Studios.
- Investment in additional content equipment where reasonably needed.
- A potential path into a paid working-student or junior role after the internship.
Longer-term roles will include fixed compensation and a performance-related component. Cloud Studios is also considering future VSOP participation for long-term team members. The structure and eligibility are still being developed, so VSOP participation is not part of the internship offer.

How to apply
Skip the generic cover letter. We won't read it. Send us:
- A short, real introduction. Who you are, not only what you've done.
- Two or three examples of your writing. University work, personal writing and published content are all welcome.
- One company, founder or publication whose content you think is exceptional, and why.
- Confirmation that your university can recognise the placement as a mandatory internship.
