Mandatory internshipBerlin / Hybrid3–6 months

Most people don’t get real ownership until they’re years into their career. You’d get it in month one.

Why Cloud Studios exists

It started with a simple, personal idea: help people hold onto the memories and stories that matter before they’re gone. That idea became listn, a voice-first companion for older adults to capture and share a lifetime of memories, currently in development.

Building it taught us something bigger. When you take a real problem, build a product people actually need, and treat it like it deserves to be built right, it can grow into a real business. So we kept going. Cloud Studios is a product studio built on that idea: turn sharp insights into products people need, then build the strongest ones, and the brands behind them, into independent companies.

What we’re building

Our biggest focus right now is a new platform that helps brands understand and improve how they show up when people ask ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini or Claude for a recommendation, instead of quietly losing that moment to a competitor.

That’s not the whole story though. We’re a studio, not a single app, which means there’s more than one brand already taking shape. You’d be building the media presence behind all of them, starting with the founder’s own.

The role

This isn’t a “post more content” internship. We want someone who can take whatever’s actually happening inside the company, a product decision, a client win, a raw idea the founder hasn’t even finished explaining yet, and turn it into content sharp enough to make someone stop scrolling.

You’ll work directly with the founder, not three layers removed from him. The focus for now is Instagram and LinkedIn, with more platforms earning a place over time.

You’re not managing someone else’s brand guidelines. You’re building the system and making the calls: what gets posted, what gets cut, and what actually turns into more attention and more business.

What you’ll work on

  • Grow the presence of the founder and our brands, focused on Instagram and LinkedIn for now.
  • Create content across formats: posts, carousels, short-form video, and more.
  • Turn raw ideas, conversations and product updates into content actually worth watching or reading.
  • Build a content waterfall system: one strong idea, reworked into a week’s worth of formats and channels.
  • Shoot and edit short-form video and behind-the-scenes content with the founder and team.
  • Design visual content in Figma or Canva (either is fine), and help us build new, better templates, not just use what already exists.
  • Track what performs, drop what doesn’t, and turn attention into real leads for the business.

What we’re looking for

  • You are enrolled at a university and this placement can be recognised as a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) within your degree.
  • Strong English, written and spoken. German is a plus, not mandatory.
  • You actually understand how LinkedIn and Instagram work, not just how to scroll them.
  • You can take a rough, half-formed idea and turn it into something people stop for.
  • Good visual instincts, and you’re comfortable in Figma or Canva.
  • Proactive and reliable, and you take ownership without being asked twice.
  • Genuinely curious about AI, startups, and using new tools to work faster and better.

No years of marketing experience required. We care more about taste, initiative, and whether you can actually turn ideas into finished work.

What you’ll get

  • Direct access to the founder and real ownership from day one, not busywork.
  • Content that actually goes live and moves the business, not a portfolio piece nobody sees.
  • A front-row seat to how founder-led marketing, content and lead generation actually work.
  • Hands-on experience building a focused content system around real products and customer work.
  • Exposure to product, sales and growth inside a studio building more than one brand at once.
  • Strong work can create a path to a longer-term paid role as the studio grows.
